Terms of Sale

Pricing & Payments

Pricing: Prices are subject to change, and horses may be withdrawn from sale at any time without prior notice.
Discounts: Consideration may be given for multiple horse purchases, cash offers, proven show homes, and international buyers.
Securing a Sale: Horses are not reserved based on inquiry order; the sale is finalized with the first party to provide payment.
Payment Plans: Installment options may be available at our discretion. A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% down) is required to hold a horse.
Refunds: Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods: We prefer PayPal or Venmo. If using buyer protection, the buyer is responsible for the 5% processing fee.

Standard Care: All horses are maintained on a strict schedule for hoof trims, deworming, vaccinations, and routine veterinary wellness checks.
Evaluations: We welcome farm visits and pre-purchase exams (PPE) at the buyer's expense.
Documentation:
- Over $3,500: Coggins and Health Certificates are provided at the seller’s expense.
- $3,000 & Under: Coggins and Health Certificates are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ownership: Registration papers and transfer applications will be released once the balance is paid in full.

Contracts: A formal Sales Contract will be provided to outline specific terms; both parties will retain a signed copy.
Shipping: Transport is the buyer's responsibility. However, local transport may be available for an additional fee.
Post-Sale Boarding: Horses must be moved within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, a boarding fee of $200/month will apply (waived for unweaned foals).
